Where can I ship?

We ship wine in the following states:

Why is shipping not available to my address?

Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship alcohol to all addresses.

How much does it cost to get items shipped?

The shipping rate will be based on the quantity of bottles your order - free for 6 bottles or more. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

At this time, we offer free shipping to all customers in the US ordering 6 or more bottles.

Can I request contactless shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer contactless shipping since packages contain alcohol. All orders must be signed for by someone over age 21.

Are there restrictions of how much I can have shipped to me?

Certain states do have restrictions. If you have an order that is over the limit, we will contact you to reduce your order to meet the limits.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders the same business day or the day after when received before 3 p.m. local time. Shipping orders placed after 3 p.m. local time will ship the following business day; those placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method.

I want to change my shipping address, what do I do?

Customers can use UPS Delivery tracking, an easy, no-cost option offered by our shipping partner. It’s the most efficient way to manage delivery of your UPS shipments.

What if I'm not home when my shipping order arrives?

Upon delivery, our delivery partners will ask to see the receiver’s ID to ensure they are 21 or older. The receiver will also be required to sign for the order. If you are unable to be home, we will make two additional attempts to deliver your order, and then it will be held at the shipper’s distribution center.

Can someone else receive my order?

Anyone over the age of 21 at the delivery address will be able to receive the order.

My order has not arrived. How do I find out where it is?

Once the order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 1 business days to reflect movement on the label. If there has been no movement on your label, you can reach out to us contact-us@reignac.com
